Managing Director and Senior Engineer
Mirko Danzmann is managing director of GridCon Energy Consult. He is a proven expert in the field of plant operation. Based on his 14 years of experience in the project business for national and international customers, he has extensive experience in all aspects of plant operation. The focus of his consulting activities is on project management, reconstruction planning and strategy development. In addition, he has comprehensive know-how in topics such as grid connection evaluation, grid studies, assessment of technical concepts as well as plant and operation concepts. Mirko Danzmann holds a degree in electrical engineering from the University of Applied Sciences in Dresden. He also has a vocational qualification and corresponding practical experience as a power electronics engineer.
Falko Nofz has more than 14 years of expertise in the field of stationary network investigations and time series simulations from the medium voltage to the extra-high voltage level, which he has successfully applied in numerous national and international projects and workshops. He also deals with technical-economic optimisation of electrical equipment and entire distribution networks as well as grid connection investigations / grid code compliance in the field of onshore and offshore generation plants. A further field of his work is the dimensioning of electrical equipment with regard to its environmental conditions and electrical load. In addition to a degree in electrical engineering from the University of Applied Sciences in Dresden, he has a vocational qualification and corresponding practical experience as a telecommunications system electronics engineer.
Axel Friedrich is a highly experienced engineer in the field of strategic network planning, especially for electrical networks at the distribution and transmission level. He is involved in many major projects that are part of the German energy transition. In addition to modelling and carrying out simulations to evaluate network situations, his main focus of work is on the evaluation of technical concepts and their feasibility in connection with conversion planning projects in the transmission network. Furthermore, he works on the automation of work processes in the context of network planning. This includes software solutions for the automatic preparation and evaluation of calculation results as well as supporting customers in the automation of network modelling processes. Axel Friedrich holds a degree in electrical engineering from the Technical University of Dresden.
Sven Daniel has several years of expertise in the modelling and simulation of electrical power supply networks. His fields of activity include insulation co-ordination as well as steady-state and dynamic network investigations. In the past years he has written several publications for professional journals and held lectures at various national and international conferences. In addition, he is proficient in various programming languages, which are used for the automation of calculation processes and data preparation, among other things. He holds two university degrees in electrical engineering (Dipl.-Ing.(FH) and M.Sc.) from the University of Applied Sciences in Dresden.
Toni Derlig is a highly experienced engineer in the field of steady-state and dynamic network simulation. He is involved in numerous national and international wind energy projects. In addition to the automation of calculation processes, his focus of work is on modelling and carrying out simulations for grid connection investigations / grid code compliance in the field of onshore generation plants. Toni Derlig holds a degree in electrical engineering from the Technical University of Dresden.
